Some of the academic and non-academic projects that I've worked/working on.
Prototype developed by team AQRITY to predict near real-time water availability in reservoirs. Award winner in the Wave2Web Hack Global Hackathon organized by World Resources Institute (WRI), Microsoft and BlackRock.
DiscoverRecieving low resolution images from the weather satellites such as NOAA 18, 19, 15 and Meteor M N2-3. Using a RTL-SDR dongle with a Raspberry Pi to record the VHF satellite transmissions and then decoding them to get near-real time weather and land observations.
Recieved Satellite PicturesApp to analyze the vertical atmospheric structure by calculating temperature, altitutde and windspeed from real time aircraft data and plotting them. The ADS-B (aircraft data) decoder is live on Flightradar24.com, Flightaware.com and Opensky.org
